A video where Delta State Government officials raided a hotel and discovered some sex workers has been making rounds on social media.
The officials raided a popular hotel along the new road in Sapele and a brothel in the Ogun-Aja neighborhood.
They discovered about 20 alleged sex workers, hard drugs, and a minor.

The officials were caught on video physically assaulting the girls and forcing them to look at the camera. They also interrogated them about their presence at the hotel and their ages.
Reactions: “Why are they being assaulted?”
Many Nigerians have expressed their disapproval of the officials’ actions, accusing them of mistreating the girls.
@khanofkhans11_: This is totally wrong and inhumane. And majority of them patronize these girls. Patronize in private and shame them in public.

In other news, the Delta State Police Command arrested and paraded 67 gay suspects who were allegedly involved in a gay wedding ceremony.
Their actions have faced a lot of condemnation, with many demanding that they be imprisoned.
