The Lagos State Police command, on Thursday, apprehended some suspects engaged in counterfeiting engine oil.
This was made known by the Lagos State Command Public Relations Officer, SP Benjamin Hundeyin.
He explained that the syndicates were caught counterfeiting popular brands of engine oil.

The police seized gallons of the oil and fake labels of Total engine oil.
Although the names of the arrested suspects are yet to be disclosed, SP Hundeyin assured that they’ll be prosecuted at the conclusion of investigations.
He shared, “@LagosPoliceNG operatives arrested this syndicate that specialized in counterfeiting popular brands of engine oil.They will be prosecuted at the conclusion of investigations.”

Police arrest over 100 suspects in Delta state for alleged gay wedding
In other news, the police in Delta State, located in the South-south region of Nigeria, have reported the arrest of “over a hundred gay suspects” who were allegedly involved in a gay wedding ceremony held at a local hotel.
The police found them through an official tweet posted on their Twitter account at approximately 9:06 a.m. on Tuesday.
The suspects are expected to be presented before the public in a parade shortly.
