At the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) annual conference in Abuja, a group of lawyers walked out after Portable was announced.
This incident occurred on Thursday, August 31st, when the controversial Nigerian singer, Portable, was introduced as a guest performer.
The lawyers were displeased with the choice of Portable and left the event, sparking varied reactions on social media.

Lawyers walks out after Portable was announced
The event, hosted by Timi Agbaje and featuring DJ Skillz and Veentage Band, had promised a surprise act, but when Portable was revealed as the performer, many lawyers were taken aback.
Videos circulating online show Portable’s energetic performance, during which he climbed on equipment.
Despite the walkout, some lawyers opted to stay and witness the performance.

In another news, Nollywood actor Charles Okocha and popular musician, Portable Omolalomi recently bumped into each other on the road. The outcome of their get-together was not pleasant.
The two of them almost crashed into each other while driving, leading to a heated argument.
The circulating video captures the singer and actor engaging in a loud, aggressive shouting match. Portable questioned if Okocha wanted to damage his car, and during the intense moment, Okocha attempted to remove Portable’s cap.
