A shocking video of how bees suddenly swarmed and attacked everyone at a wedding ceremony in Anambra state has left many in shock.
In a trending video on TikTok posted by @blesses_ _uc, people were captured fleeing from a ceremony while dusting their bodies with clothes in order to ward off the bees.
According to the caption attached to the video, chaos erupted when bees suddenly attacked a wedding ceremony after the elders of the town, Okija refused to give the bride the palm wine to search for her husband because it was their market day.

Upon further research, it seemed like on the special market day, the ceremony should not have been held and the families were warned but didn’t listen.
A few minutes after the elders declined to give the bride the palm wine, bees suddenly swarmed the event and started stinging guests making everybody flee from the wedding venue.
“My worst experience so far @okija Anambra state where we went for a gig (traditional wedding )the elders refused to give the lady palm wine to search for her husband ‚because today was there market day • behold few minutes later bees from no where attacked all the king’s men & it wasn’t funny sha,” @blesses_ _uc narrated.

Guests flee as fire breaks out during wedding ceremony
In another news, an unfortunate situation happened on Saturday, April 8 when a fire broke out at a wedding in Yard 158 event centre, Oregun, Lagos.
The joyous moment was in full swing when the situation quickly took a turn for the worse. During the toast ceremony, a fire suddenly broke out and spread to the adornments of the events causing a disaster.
In the video making rounds on the internet, a man believed to be the Master of Ceremony (MC) quickly instructed the attendees to evacuate the building immediately.
