The Police Service Commission has suspended the Deputy Commissioner of Police and Head, Intelligence Response Team of the Nigeria Police Force, Abba Kyari, over his indictment by the Federal Bureau of Investigation for alleged involvement in a $1.1m internet fraud. His suspension came immediately the Inspector-General of Police, Usman Baba, recommended the “immediate suspension” of Kyari, from the Nigeria Police Force.
