In a video, Jigan Babaoja, a well-known Nigerian Yoruba actor, voiced his strong disapproval of Nigerian singer Mohbad’s new song titled “Ask About Me“.
The incident occurred just a few days after the release of YBNL signee Asake’s track “2:30,” in which he mocked Jigan Babaoja’s physical disability.
Upon this, jigan while riding in a car and enjoying the newly released snobby Mohbad, Jigan Babaoja and his friend’s mood suddenly shifted after realizing that Mohbad had yet again stylishly made a mockery of him in the song’s lyrics.

I will charge him 100M
After listening to yet another song by Mohbad that takes shots at his disability due to his uneven legs, Jigan Babaoja becomes visibly agitated and decided to take action.
The actor threatened to confront Mohbad in his own home for making fun of his deformity. He declared that he will demand a sum of N100M as compensation from Mohbad, not only to teach him a lesson but also to set an example for others.
In the outburst video shared by Jigan, he captioned it:
“I am taking this up against @iammohbad and I am going to charge him 100million ! This will sound a big lesson to others ! Mohbad don buy market !”

Mercy Chinwo sues Obidiz for 2 billion naira for using her name in song
In another news, Upcoming Afrobeats artist, Obidiz, is facing legal action from renowned gospel artist, Mercy Chinwo. She is demanding 2 billion naira in compensation for using her name in one of his songs that she deems disrespectful.
The gifted gospel singer took legal action against Obidiz due to the disrespectful manner in which he used her name in his song titled “Mercy Chinwo”, which was released on February 10, 2023.
Mercy Chinwo is seeking to have the song removed from all platforms where it is currently available for listening.
