A Nigerian man recently shared his personal experience where artisans asked him to pay them with food stuffs instead of cash.
According to him, a woman who worked for him requested to be paid in raw rice instead of cash.
This was not the only instance as a plumber who worked for him also asked for raw rice as payment after completing the job he was called for.
