The internet is currently shaking after Naira Marley, a well-known Nigerian street rapper advised youths to quit drug abuse.
Meeting with the NDLEA, the singer firmly shunned the youths against drug abuse as he stated that it has no benefit and was only dangerous for the body.
However, following his words, many social media users could not hide their amusement, as they all flooded the internet to express themselves.

Daniel Regha, a well-known controversial Twitter influencer, stated that it was preposterous for someone like Naira Marley to advise youth against drug abuse.
“Naira Marley does not only promote weed but has built his career around it, he shouldn’t be seen mingling with members of the NDLEA. Asides from encouraging drug abuse, he’s an alleged fraudster & has been involved in many scandals, so it’s upsett!ng to see him getting applause,” he said,
“Naira Marley is telling us to say No to drugs. Mia Khàlifa is giving marriage advice. What is happening????” another netizen, @hemmy_szn stated.

Meanwhile, Naira Marley declared his support for the fight against illicit drug abuse in the country.
He paid a visit on Thursday to the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) headquarters, where he declared his support.
He also met with the chairman, Brig. Gen. Mohamed Buba Marwa (Retd).
