Grammy-winning rapper Cardi B is now the subject of a battery investigation after a recent incident during her performance at Drai’s Beachclub on Saturday.
Video footage came up showing Cardi B retaliating by throwing her microphone at a fan who had tossed a drink at her while she was mid-performance.
The incident occurred when Cardi B, known for hits like “WAP” and “Bodak Yellow,” was performing at the Las Vegas venue, and a fan in the audience splashed her with a drink, which caused her to throw the mic at her.

She begged Cardi B
A new angle of the incident, captured on video and captioned “When you f¥ck around and find out,” showed the fan who threw the drink immediately apologizing after the microphone was thrown.
Security personnel then approached the woman and escorted her away.
The woman, who was hit by the microphone, went to the Las Vegas Metro Police Department the next day to report the incident.
There have being no arrest
She told police that she had been stoned by the microphone thrown from the stage, but it is not confirmed if she admitted to throwing liquid at the musician first.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has confirmed the report, stating that the alleged victim reported being “struck by an item that was thrown from the stage.”
However, no arrests or citations have been issued at this point. The investigation is ongoing, and it remains uncertain if charges will be filed.
Representatives for Cardi B have not yet responded to media requests for comment on the matter.
