Adamu Garba, a former presidential aspirant of All Progressive Congress, has advised Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the labor party to step down and endorse Tinubu.
Garba made this statement on Thursday in a series of tweets that have enjoyed wide circulation.
He stated that Obi’s rallies in Port Harcourt were not up to par and he should reconsider his position which is alienating south east voters.
What Garba Said About Peter Obi
“Peter Obi’s disappointing rally in Port Harcourt today should serve as a perfect breakfast from his aspiration.
“He should immediately step down and endorse the real and truly prepared Presidential Candidate; Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu & stop isolating Southeast from the center,” Garba said.
The election has been scheduled to commence in February. The top candidates, based on social trends, are Bola Ahmed Tinubu from APC, Rabiu Kwankwaso of NNPP, Atiku Abubakar of PDP, and Peter Obi of LP.
