A security man, Francis Utuedor in Delta State has reportedly stabbed a 15-year-old boy, Oghenemaro Eriana to death for picking money at a wedding reception on Saturday in Udu Local Government Area, Delta State.
According to report, the deceased had tried to pick up money sprayed on a couple at the ceremony when Francis Utuedor, stabbed him leading to his death after excess blood has been lost.
Narrating the incidents, a source said the deceased, a neighbour to the celebrant attended the wedding reception with his mother who had lost her older son.
Meanwhile, Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Edafe Bright, has confirmed the arrest of the suspect and the case has been transferred to State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) while the body has been deposited at the mortuary for autopsy.
