However, their japa experience was not what they expected at all, the man shared that the hectic jobs almost took a toll on their marriage and that as a couple, they hardly have time for each other.
He also added that despite his wife and himself working, they were still not financially stable like they assumed they were going to be.
The man advised anyone with the intention of traveling abroad to think twice about it because the chances of it ruining their relationship were very high, and also, some people do not make it abroad as many have painted.
His story had some people supporting him, as they agreed that contrary to what has been painted to society, relocating and surviving abroad is not easy.
However, some people who have been living in several parts of the country argued that it wasn’t so for them as they stated that they were able to achieve so many things when they traveled, but they made it clear that most people with these problems are illegal immigrants.

Stop complaining when you japa: Nigerian Dentist blasts UK-based Nigerians
In other news, an abroad-based Nigerian man lambasted Nigerian immigrants in the UK who complain that the life they had in Nigeria is better than the one they have in United Kingdom.
The young man identified as @tk_oso took to Twitter to shun Nigerians who relocated to Britain as he asserted that the UK life is no doubt better than Nigeria.
According to him, Nigerians should stop looking for sympathy from those back home and should stop feeding them lies. He explained that although the work in the Uk can be hectic and stressful but every work or extra job is paid for, hence everyone profits from what they do.
