Nigerian artiste and songwriter, Korede Bello recently opened up on the challenges of maintaining sanity in the music industry.

This came in after the death of Mohbad, who many speculate was killed by his former boss, Naira Marley and music promoter, Sam Larry.

Nigerians started wondering about the well-being of other celebrities. Some people even asked about Korede Bello, who was previously signed to Mavins Records.

He assured everyone that he’s doing well and mentioned that he wouldn’t share any personal struggles online.

However, on Thursday, Korede opened up and encouraged Nigerians to show more kindness to artistes to help them maintain their sanity.

He wrote, “People don’t understand how hard it is to stay sane in a seemingly crazy industry. It’s even harder when you choose to stay clean.

“So if you want to help an artiste stay alive, contribute to their mental health, support them while they’re still here with whatever you have, even if all you have are your kind words. You may not love their art, but you can choose to love the soul of the artist in the human being.”

Recall that a few years back, the “Godwin” crooner dumped his music career to pursue a degree in Mass Communication.
