DJ Cuppy, the daughter of the Nigerian Billionaire Femi Otedola has finally confirmed that she is engaged after days of speculation.
The gelato crooner revealed that she is engaged to her fiancé, Ryan Taylor, barely 25 days after she met him at the Driving Rally.
In a tweet she posted yesterday, Cuppy could not hide her excitement. She said she has finally met the love of her life and that sometimes you fall for the most unexpected person.
Cuppy had tweeted:
“I can officially announce that I’m engaged! Only 25 days ago during @Gumball3000 driving rally, I met the love of my life. Sometimes you fall for the MOST unexpected person at the MOST unexpected time and for the MOST unexpected reason. I love you deep @RyanTaylor”
Ikeja Bird noticed that Cuppy must have tagged the wrong handle out of excitement. Reacting to DJ Cuppy’s sudden engagement, Oluwatosin Zury commented on Facebook:
“Hmm, I pray she should not later blame herself oo,coz 5 years relationship self dey break,not to talk of this J.J.C,relationship,he don cast,last last na everybody go chop BREAKFAST!!!”
Anna June said:
“Doesn’t matter….when you date for too long, see finish will begin to cause wahala….worse still if you start living together and having children before the marriage.”
Usman Idris said:
“Is it not yesterday that a lady declined a marriage proposal with a brand new car because the relationship is just 1 or 2 months old that she needed to know him very well cuppy have sense in Jesus name.”
The popular DJ had also posted earlier that she does not believe in a perfect love story. Fans wonder if it is a cryptic message to his fans on the nature of her relationship with the professional boxer.
