A young man has narrated how his friend left a church he has been attending for years after a disagreement between him and the pastor.
In a Tweet, @ajebowriter shared that his friend is a graphic designer, and he used to attend one church but had to leave when he noticed that the leaders of the congregation were not helpful to his skills.
The graphic designer was a gentleman who uses his skills to help the church whenever they needed to do flyers, banners, e-cards, and anything that involved his job for free.

However, the young man decided that in order to make more money, he wanted to explain the benefits of graphic design to his church members and through that start a master class and free training in the church.
He approached the pastor who told him that his wife was the one in charge of such, he met the woman and was shocked when she gave an expense that was beyond his power despite the fact that he had been doing every graphic design for the church for free.
The young man gave up and never approached the pastor again, but a few days later he was called by the pastor who requested he helps them out with banners and flyers.
The pastor was however shocked and angry that the lad charged the church for his services, the cleric walked out on him and reported him to other leaders, then used him to preach against people who were in church and refused to use their skills to ‘serve God’.
In reaction to his action, the young man made a testimony about the injustice of the leader in the church but he was not allowed to complete his words and the microphone was forcefully collected from him.
The graphic designer left the church and now attends one where he didn’t tell them what his skills were because he had learned his lesson.
Reactions: Being a pastor doesn’t make one a saint
The young man’s narration had many netizens talking. While others blasted the pastor, others shared that they have experienced the same thing. See some comments below;
@TreasureNzeadi1: Being a pastor does not make one a saint. Stop expecting good conduct from terrible people because of the title “pastor” Most people take on that vocation when several companies had turned down their CV. Let’s be guided please.
@dewunmifrost: As a Christian, permit me to say that the pastor is a terrible person, regardless of his calling. You should support your members by paying for their services (you can ask for a discount) The only exception is when they willingly offer their services for free(still honour them)
@eniolaDS: The 1st thing he should have said after he had the mic was how the pastor requested for money when he wanted to train youths. Youths blood dey boil oh. Then go ahead on how he has produced those media for the church for a long time. He should then refer to Facebook for details.
@freddydrumz: I chanced on a tiktok and this instrumentalist was narrating how he spent years playing drums, piano and the bass guitar for a church and has nothing to show for it.
@bee_azawoman: I was expecting him to stop going to the church immediately after the suspension. Imagine someone suspending me from church 😂😂 must be ment
@Bullsies: When I say na fraudsters dey church as pastors just like the pharasis and scribes of old una go think say I dey lie or just want to talk. 99% of churches today are as sinful as ever if you ask me. Wolves in sheep clothing.
@EzekielKester: I’ve been there before mehnn. It’s quite pathetic
@Pp_Praise_: This life shaaa, just imagine, someone that’s parasitic and only self centered will always be self centered, even if he/she becomes a pastor or gov,the parasitic behavior go still come out, just imagine the audacity of the “pastor”,na only to Dey collect shaaa,May God just help us

Church members refuse to give pastor money
In another news, a pastor was left in shock after he asked his members to sow seed with money, but majority of the congregation refused to come out.
In the video, the pastor asked the congregation to bring money seeds. He made it clear that there were two categories, the first category being ₦7000 and the second ₦5000
When he saw that nobody came out, he told the ones left to leave ₦3000 in their envelope tomorrow. After all this, he prayed for those that came out.
