A Nigerian lecturer has cracked many up after he was left with no choice but to appeal to his students to attend school.

In a TikTok video, the lecturer was captured informing the students who were not present in class that they had started lectures as per the University’s instruction.

He first started his statement with nonchalant words when he said that he does not care if they show up or not but he quickly backtracked by begging them to resume school.

The lecturer from the Federal Polytechnic Idah stressed that he understand the situation of the country but they should please manage and show up for lectures.

“Now that we have already started the class, those of you at home, if you like you come, if you like you don’t come. “The school authority has mandated us to start our lectures. We are already talking, we are already discussing. Lectures are ongoing”

“The best thing for you, please, the little you have, manage and come to school. Just manage and come to school. We know things are hard. Tell daddy and mummy, if it is N1, N10, make your way to school. “God will see you through. Just manage and come,” he appealed.

In other news, Anucha Wisdom, a lecturer at the Faculty of Education, Abia State University was overly joyous when he discovered that his student was once his teacher in nursery school.

Wisdom took to his Facebook page to narrate how he discovered that his students was his former teacher.

“Earlier this week, I reconnected with Aunty Ijeoma who was my nursery 3 teacher at St. Joseph’s Development Nursey and Primary School Umuchici in Aba. Fortunately, she has been a student in my department and I did not know until they came to take my course, “Wisdom is that you?” She shouted at me,” the lecturer wrote.
