A heartbroken Nigerian man has left many in tears and received condolences messages after sharing that he lost his wife with his child.

In a TikTok video that was posted by the widower, Chidi Williams captured beautiful moments with is wife before she died.

In the short clip, a series of scenarios were compiled together and captured the woman having fun with her husband.

Moments like; when she went on a date with her man, when she kissed her man, the woman dancing, and so many other things.

It was however, confessed by the man in a subsequent video that he lost her with her child, he was close to tears as he questioned why God left him lonely and bored and took his wife and child.

“God you took my wife and child…Now I’m left alone and bored, God why, why did you allow my wife to die?” he cried out.

The video has ever since then garnered many social media users’ attention who couldn’t help but shed a few tears as they penned down encouraging message to the man who lost his wife and son.

Netizens react as Islamic cleric refuses to pray for late Murphy Afolabi

Meanwhile, the claim made by Islamic cleric Sheikh Yelma’e regarding his refusal to pray for the late Murphy Afolabi has sparked mixed reactions among Nigerians.

 In a video clip posted on YouTube and later shared on Instagram by @mufasatundeednut, the cleric explained that he believes Islam prohibits him from offering prayers for Afolabi’s departed soul. 

According to Sheikh Yelma’e, Afolabi’s choice of roles in movies often involved promoting actions contrary to Islam’s teachings, such as portraying the role of a herbalist.
