Nigerian media personality, Anita Natacha Akide popularly known as Tacha has taken to social media to cry out to the CEO of Twitter, Elon Musk to give her back her verified blue tick.
Ikeja bird reported earlier today that the CEO of Twitter decided to remove all blue ticks from celebrities’ account who failed to pay the monthly fee for the tick.
Well, Symply Tacha, one of the housemates of the Big Brother naija season 7 was affected and required to pay the sum of over N3,000 to keep her verified blue tick on Twitter.

In reaction to the sudden change and decision, the young woman has taken to Twitter to beg the CEO of the social medium to return her blue tick.
According to her, she’s nothing without the verified blue tick as she also added that it is one of the ways she survives.
“How am I going to eat?, Elon Musk I need my verification back, I am nobody without the verification, I can’t breathe, I can’t eat,” she said.

Twitter removes verified blue ticks from Davido, Wizkid and other celebs
In another news, Twitter removed the blue tick from celebrities’ accounts who failed to pay the subscription amount.
Twitter had announced removing its ‘legacy’ blue tick verification system, prompted by Elon Musk’s controversial decision to change the platform’s verification process.
As a result, several celebrities across Nigeria, including Davido, Wizkid, Burna Boy, and Kate Henshaw, had their accounts unverified.
