The court registrar, Hassan Ibrahim told journalists that, the court was not sitting and the case has been adjourned because the judges are on retreat.
Recall that Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo adjourned the trial to August 11th and 12th for examination of evidence and claims after counsel for Damilola Adekoya also known as Princess, presented a minor to testify against the embattled actor.
