Computer Village Demolition: POWA Shop Owners Cry Out For Justice |Ikejabird.com

It’s been three months since the Nigerian Police demolished Powa shopping complex in Computer Village, Ikeja. As a result, some shop owners were compelled to relocate, while others found themselves seeking shelter on the streets.

There is still no response from the Lagos govt or police as regards compensation. The legal proceedings are still ongoing, and no verdict has been reached yet.

The previous POWA Shop Owners are currently calling on the Lagos State Government to duly compensate their losses.
