Adeyemi, Adedoja Aminat, daughter of the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Adeyemi III has completed her Master of Arts Degree in African and Diaspora Studies, University of Lagos (with a Distinction -Best Graduating Student, Institute of African and Diaspora Studies) from the department of History and international studies, University of Lagos.
Alaafin Oba Adeyemi Ill and Ayabas were present at the graduation ceremony and also took pictures with members of staffs of the department of History and international studies.
Adedoja emerged the best graduating student in the MA programme with a CGPA of 4.63 (Distinction).
This also makes her the first student to graduate with a distinction from the Institute since its inception in 2017.
