She died at the early hours of Monday, 23rd August, 2021.
She was the wife of late Nigerian Military head of state, Major General Johnson Aguiyi-Ironsi.
Her husband Gen. Aguiyi-Ironsi, ruled from 16 January 1966 until his assassination on 29 July 1966.
