In a heartbreaking breaking post, a black American teenager was shot in the head when he rang the wrong doorbell while picking up his siblings.
In Kansas City, Missouri, Ralph Yarl, who ran to three different houses before he could get help was shot when he rang the wrong doorbell to pick up his brothers.
The 16-year-old boy was rushed to the hospital where he was given immediate medical attention, however on Sunday the table turned for the worse when his medical health escalated overnight.

In reaction to this, his aunt, Faith Spoonmore immediately cried out for financial help to the public in order to cover the hospital expenses.
In the page on the GoFundMe that was started to help with the hospital bills, the aunt narrated that he was supposed to pick up his twin brothers from their friend’s apartment but mistakenly went to the wrong house which was one block away and was shot by a man that was arrested but released after 24 hours.
The devastated aunt shared that Ralph is a well-behaved boy that is loved by friends and families. She stated that he is a smart kid and a kind soul.

“On Thursday, April 13, 2023, my nephew Ralph Pual Yarl was on his way to pick up his twin younger brothers from their friend’s house a few blocks away from his house. He mistakenly went to the wrong house”
“He pulled into the driveway and rang the doorbell. The man in the home opened the door, looked my nephew in the eye, and shot him in the head. My nephew fell to the ground, and the man shot him again”
“He had to run to 3 different homes before someone finally agreed to help him after he was told to lie on the ground with his hands up,” Faith said.
The shooting led to a national uproar where celebrities immediately stood up to make sure that the perpetrator pays for his actions.

Halle Berry, a popular American actress tweeted that this injustice should not be allowed and urged everyone to call the prosecutor so an immediate arrest can be done with the appropriate charges.
“I’m sick and tired of this feeling…my heart completely broke when I learned this precious 16-year-old, who accidentally rang the door of the wrong address in an attempt to pick up his siblings, was shot in the head by a man who didn’t want him on his property”
“This innocent child is now fighting for his life. This could be your child. This should NOT happen. Please do something today! Join me and please contact Prosecutor Zachary Thompson,” the Oscar-winning award actress asserted.
