From the eastern part of Nigeria, Abacha also known as African salad is a meal that will always leave a smile on your face. Shredded processed cassava, African eggplant leaf and ukazi leaf mixed with palm oil and then garden eggs, meat and fish, and even African oil bean is also known as Ukpaka all to make it perfect. It is obviously rich in very essential nutrients and has a taste to die for.
You are definitely missing a lot if you have never tried it.
