They went out together: 100-year-old couple dies hours apart, they married for 76 years

After 76 years of marriage graced by children and grandchildren, an Ohio couple have passed away at the age of 100 years

Interestingly, both coupled died hours apart in what has been described a happy ending to real-life love story.

Hubert and June Malicote, who were married in June 8, 1943, died 20 hours apart last week, according to their family source. Both were born in July 1922.

Speaking on the death of the aged couple, a 76-year-old son to the deceased, Sam Malicote described the departure of his parents as “sad.”

He, however, took comfort in the couple spending a long and unique moment in each other’s arms for over seven decades before they both gave up the ghost in a shocking fasion, People reported.

“I feel sad, but I shouldn’t. Who can expect to live a life like that?” he told the newspaper. They went out together,” he said.

Proper to their death, Hubert had always talked about how difficult life is without his beloved life.

“It’s kind of like if we aren’t together, the team is broken,” he told the outlet back in June. “We’ve had a wonderful life,” he said.
