A group of 5 Nigerian students brought glory to the country after performing exceptionally in their studies at Southwest University, China.
Out of the 12 best graduating students in the concerned department, 5 of them came from Nigeria!
Chioma, a Tiktoker in her video, introduced all the awardees, highlighting their names and their faces all dressed in their graduation gowns with award certificates in hand.

The 5 Nigerian students Chioma were Ifeoma Amuche, Chukwuemeka Chioma, Chinedu Wilson, Akpata Johnson, and Oraka Chiamaka.
Her words:
“All of us studied Chinese in Nigeria, once worked as a translator in various companies, including Dangote refinery, before going to China to study bachelor’s degree.
We are bachelor’s degree international students at Southwest University Chongqing China. In our department, we have about 12 excellent graduating students come from different countries, but among these 12 students, 5 are Nigerians.
Each and everyone one of us Chinese are good. We all have Chinese proficiency level 6. Excellent award is not easy to get in China. Students really need to give all and all before getting it. GP must be very high.”

Meanwhile, a team of 5 Nigerian students and one Indian have created an award winning Artificial Intelligence (AI) Medical Assistance App, called ‘Meddibia’.
