Popular Nigerian singer, Peter Okoye has reacted to the divorce drama between the footballer, Achraff Hakimi and his wife, Hiba Abouk.
Recall that news went around the world about the 24-year-old footballer who applied wisdom in transferring all his assets to his mother and shocked his wife who filed for divorce thinking she was going to get half his asset but realized he had nothing to his name.
Ever since the news, some men all over the world have come to the social space to praise the footballer for being smart and applying wisdom.

In reaction to the praises of these men, the Nigerian singer has addressed the issue in his own opinion as he stated that he doesn’t understand why men are praising the football player, he added that no man should marry a woman he doesn’t trust.
Peter Okoye also stated that it is normal for a woman to do what she did as she questioned the men that do they expect their wives to suffer after a divorce.
“I don’t understand why most men are rejoicing over this Hakimi story? Like I don’t get it. The truth is bitter but needs to be told. If you don’t trust her then don’t marry as simple as that. Or are you expecting your wife to surfer after divorce?” he said.

The musician’s statement had many people tackling him as they quickly walked him down memory lane and reminded him of his twin brother, Paul Okoye’s divorce with his ex-wife.
