Bray Wyatt whose real name is Windham Rotunda, a professional wrestler, and former World Wrestling Entertainment champion has sadly passed away at the age of 36.

The WWE announced his death on Thursday, 24th of August, 2023 leaving many shocked and pained.

“Our thoughts are with his family and we ask that everyone respect their privacy at this time,” WWE’s chief content officer, Paul “Triple H” Levesque shared on Twitter.

Following this many have flooded the social media space to share their condolences and amongst them was “The Rock” whose real name is Dwayne Johnson, he said, ” “I’m heartbroken over the news of Bray Wyatt’s passing. Always had tremendous respect and love for him and the Rotunda family.”

Who is Bray Wyatt?

Windham Lawrence Rotunda born May  23, 1987, was an American professional wrestler who is best known for his work with WWE as Bray Wyatt and The Fiend.

Wyatt, the son of Mike Rotunda, the Hall of Fame Wrestler, in 2017 achieved his prestigious title of WWE champion.

He was a well-known member of The Wyatt Family, a group with a distinct presence. Wyatt was also more recognized when he took on a scary masked persona known as The Fiend, adding an element of intrigue and fear to his character.

Cause of death

Bray Wyatt was taken out of WWE programming in February 2023 due to contracting COVID-19, which exacerbated his heart issues, and unfortunately led to his death.

Euphoria actor, Angus Cloud who played ‘Fez’ dies at 25

Meanwhile, the popular American star, Angus Cloud who played ‘Fezco’ in the movie, ‘Euphoria’ died on Monday after allegedly overdosing on drugs.

The actor who was born in Oakland, California was reported by TMZ to have passed away in his birth country.

Cloud’s mother made a call to the Oakland police department around 11:30 pm to report a ‘possible’ overdose and shared that her son do not have a pulse.
