An African lady could not contain her joy after she coincidentally saw the prime minister of the Netherlands on her way to work.
In the video making rounds on social media, the young woman was captured walking to her place of work when she saw the Prime minister, Mark Rutte.
she immediately took her phone and started doing a video, she was so excited and stated her shock at meeting the politician who was just strolling on the streets like an average individual.

She continued by explaining that she was on her way to work which was right at the corner and the Prime minister confessed that he was going to see his ophthalmologist to check his glasses.
The duo had a casual conversation and the woman kept dishing out a big smile to show her excitement at meeting him.
