After the accident, his hand was amputated, and that changed his life in many ways.
In trying to get back up and be useful, he remembered that while growing up, he almost always followed his parents to the farm.
This encouraged him and that was when he decided he could also engage himself in such activity.

It was difficult, but because of his diligence he now owns a cocoa farm and other farmlands.
About the difficulties he faced, he said “The children in my community used to ask a lot of questions anytime I come out and even go to the extent of surrounding me which made me feel uncomfortable but I always told myself that God will come through for me.”
Surprisingly, he disclosed that no one helped him weed and clear his farmlands after he had acquired it and that he did that all by himself.
The amputated farmer, despite his situation, never gave up and apart from his cocoa farm, can also boast of having a cassava, an orange and a groundnut farm.
