It is not news anymore that nobody knows for sure who they are going to end up with as their spouse, it could be someone far and it could just be someone who has been right next to you for years.
Well, this is a love story between Feyisayo and Oladipo, two lovebirds who were close friends for 8 years but are now married.
Fey and Dipo attended Babcock University together and they’ve been friends ever since their Uni days. They shared that they met themselves for the first time through a mutual friend.

Ever since they saw each other, they immediately clicked, they became close friends and confided in each other as friends.
In a chat with BellaNaija Weddings, Feyi shared that she had no idea that Dipo was harboring romantic feelings for her as she assumed his love, care, patience and time were simply platonic. She added that Dipo has always been there anytime she was going through a heartbreak and not once did he ever tell her that he loved her.
After 8 years of their friendship, Dipo finally summoned the courage and confessed his feelings, he kept his finger crossed and asked her out in 2021.
“He had been patient and wanted to get to a certain mindset and phase in life before expressing how he really felt. Basically, he wanted to come correct and he did!” Feyi said.
The young woman explained that at the time of his confession, she had already decided to let go of men because of the several heartbreaks she has had in the past, so it came as a shock to her when he laid out his feeling.
She shared her distress to her now husband who asserted that it was no pressure and he would give her time. Lo and behold they started their relationship after Feyi agreed, a year later Dipo went down on his knees to propose.
“Fast forward to now and its been quite a journey of ups and downs but loving Feyisayo is the best decision of my life and I cannot wait to spend the rest of my life loving and protecting her,” Dipo said

In another news, a beautiful video showcased an elderly couple who, despite being married for many years, still displayed a deep passion for each other.
The couple, whose identities were not disclosed, were seen walking hand in hand along a busy road, with the husband walking behind his wife.
In the heartwarming video, the man who appeared to be weaker than the woman was holding a stick to support himself while walking, and then he and his wife romantically held their hands tightly.
