Usifo Ataga’s Murder: Chidinma Ojukwu’s trial adjourned to 14th February, 2022

The trial of Ms. Ojukwu has been adjourned to February 14th, 2022 after the fourth witness, Rotimi Albert, a close friend of the victim narrated to the Court how him and Usifo family started searching for him at the resumed trial on Tuesday.

“Usifo was supposed to celebrate his birthday on 17th June with his family, but when we did not hear from him on 16th, we started searching for him and traced his phone to UNILAG” the fourth witness said.

Chidinma, a 300-level Mass Communication student of the University of Lagos, is the prime suspect for the murder of Usifo Ataga, Chief Executive Officer of Super TV. The undergraduate and two others, Adedapo Quadri and Chioma Egbuchu, are undergoing trial before Justice Yetunde Adesanya of the Lagos State High Court sitting at the Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos State.Details later.
