Chidinma Ojukwu, the alleged killer of Super TV CEO, Usifo Ataga has pleaded not guilty to nine counts charge bordering on the offences of murder, forgery, stealing and being in possession of stolen property.
The 22-year-old Mass Communication student of the University of Lagos and one Adedapo Quadri, are prime suspects in the alleged murder of the Chief Executive Officer of Super TV, Usifo Ataga, have been arraigned before Justice Yetunde Adesanya at the Lagos High Court sitting at Tafawa Balewa Square.
They were arraigned alongside Chidinma’s sister, Chioma Egbuchu from who was in possession of the late Usifo Ataga’s iPhone 7.
Chioma pleaded not guilty to the 9th count of being in possession of stolen property.
They are being prosecuted by the Lagos State Department of Public Prosecution, Mrs Olayinka Adeyemi.Justice Adesanya has fixed Nov 9, 11, 15, 16, 17, 25, 29th & 30th of November for trial.
