Collins, a final-year University of Portharcourt student , is accused of killing Justina Tiffany Otuene, his girlfriend as part of a money ritual.
Collins has been taken into custody by the Rivers State police on suspicion of killing his lover, Otuene Justina Nkang.
Nkang, a female student enrolled in the University of Port Harcourt’s 300-level Biochemistry program who had been reported missing, was discovered mutilated inside the suspect’s home on Road 15, NTA Road, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

How he was caught
According to reports, Collins was apprehended by his estate security staff as he attempted to dispose of the victim’s body.
After the security crew set out the alert, witnesses broke into the suspect’s flat and found Justina’s severed body parts wrapped in bloody sacks.
The incident’s specifics are yet unknown, however sources state that security personnel detained the suspect after neighbors raised an alarm.
