A lady has taken to the social space to share her marriage journey with her husband which generated mixed reactions from the audience.
In a TikTok video, a woman shared before and after pictures of herself and her husband in 2003 and 2023 explaining how they met and how long they’ve been married.
According to her, she has known her husband since 2003 because they lived in the same village, they lost contact with each other but reunited and started dating in 2014. They did their traditional wedding in 2015 and their white wedding in 2016.

The young woman explained that they are blessed with two kids which she showed off and are currently expecting a child. She continued her story with the information that they’ve known each other for 20 years, been married for 7 years, and are still very much in love and happy.
In a subsequent video, she gushed over her husband who encouraged and supported her education even after she had given birth to two children. She urged everyone that it’s never too late to achieve their dreams and added that she was a proud mother and wife.

The loving video which would have been believed to be accepted with open hands and smiles was met with netizens’ unexpected attack. Many social media users disagreed with the age difference between the woman and her husband because the picture they took in 2003 showed how older the man is than his wife. See some comments below;

In another news, a happily married couple, whose union took place in 2006 have just discovered that they are related by blood as cousins
Dailymail reported that the lovely couple, Joseph and Celina courted for four months before they tied the knot and have been together for about 17 years.
She broke the news on TikTok @realestatemommas: ‘Married my husband in 2006. Not thinking anything of it we had three kids. Come to find out we were related and cousins.’
