President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has appointed Orire Agbaje, a 400 level Economics student of the University of Ibadan (UI) as a member of the newly inaugurated Committee on Fiscal Policy and Tax Reforms.
Orire Abgaje, who’s the President of the Nigerian Universities Tax Club, holds an Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) qualification.

She was also recently selected as one of the Nigeria Higher Education Foundation (NHEF) Scholars.
The Fiscal Policy and Tax Reforms committee which was inaugurated by Tinubu on Tuesday, will be headed by Mr. Taiwo Oyedele.
It was divided into three main areas; Fiscal governance, Tax reforms, and Growth facilitation.

Meanwhile, The Senate has unveiled President Bola Tinubu’s list with 28 ministerial nominees.
The names were announced by the Senate President, GodsWill Akpabio, during Thursday’s plenary.
The list of ministerial nominees was hand-delivered by Femi Gbajabiamila, who is both the Chief of Staff and a former Speaker of the House of Representatives.
