A Nigerian man has decided to throw shame out of the window after he divorced his wife two days after tying the knot with her.
In a narration that was made by Abdullah, a tweep, the man had made this decision because his wife had slapped his mother.
According to him, a fight had ensued between the mother and the wife when the mother-in-law requested a plate of food from the bride.

Apparently, the mother had a guest who came into the party when the edibles have finished, she approached her daughter-in-law who had kept food on one side, to give her a scoop for the guest.

However, the bride refused blatantly resulting in a physical fight, the bride’s negative response when she was approached by the mother-in-law elicited the mother to grab a plate and violently poured a scoop into the said plate.
The bride fought and poured back the food into the cooler which resulted in the mother-in-law slapping the wife.
According to the tweep, the husband knew of what happened but didn’t react until two days later when he sent a divorce paper to her.
While some social media users stated that he went too far, others responded that if they were in the man’s shoes they were going to do the same.

In other news, a man surprised many after he gave the court the reason why he was demanding a divorce from his wife.
Forty-year-old Arnold Masuka, told the court he was no longer interested in his wife, Hilda Mleya(30) because she is too beautiful.
Arnold made the claim before the judge that her beauty was giving him sleepless nights and he could no longer cope.
