The Nigerian music producer TG Omori has responded to Portable who earlier complained about his overpriced production.
The award-winning producer wrote on Twitter that he was not going to take any Portable slander.
He revealed that producing Portable ‘s hit single “Zazoo” was entirely free of charge yet the singer was ungrateful.
“Somebody tell Portable that Zazoo was a free video, did it without ever mentioning a word, Bruh has video and never knew how it came about but his calling me out over a discounted price,” TG Omori said.
The discounted price is reportedly N37 million for a single music video and many social media users have reacted to the Portable and TG Omori saga:
Baba Yega reacted: “But you sef TG how u go wan shoot less than 4min video for N37 million Naira??? Try dey get fear of God, you shoot for that amount. How much do you pay as tax to the federal or state government???“
Tega Francis said: “N37,500,000 a discounted price for a video of less than 5mins? Omoh… This T.G Omori na Yahoo boy.“
Amaka Janie wrote: “Portable is ungrateful everyone knows this, they should just stop giving attention to his online rants.“
Captain on Fleet said: “This is the big problem we’re facing in the music market, it’s so disorganized that we don’t ve a committee in charge of advocating for Artists that don’t ve the capacity but desire to be shot by expensive directors. Why not ve an agreement & get yor money 4rm the sales of the video.“
