In a shocking turn of events, a recent video has revealed where a lady was harassed by some police officers due to payment of security fees in Anambra state.

The video, posted by user @bennynenny042 on X (formerly Twitter), captured the officers physically attacking the lady who tried to resist.

@bennynenny042 revealed that the lady who’s her sister in law, was harassed because she couldn’t pay the security fees to their compound chairman, which goes to the local vigilante group in their area.

She wrote, “Nobody is safe again in Nigeria. See what police officers did to my sister in-law in anambra state because of security fees. Please, tag the right authorities.”

Police brutality: Nigerian Police beats a boy who refuses to surrender his phone 

In other news, a video circulating on social media showed Nigerian police officers brutally beating a young boy who refused to hand over his phone to them at Ojo local government.

It is common practice for Nigerian police to confiscate phones from young boys, especially if they have expensive ones, which is bad.

However, this particular boy stood up for his rights and refused to give his phone to the officers.
