Seyi Tinubu, the son of Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has extended a generous hand of support by donating N15 million to aid Liam Aloba, the son of the late Nigerian singer, Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad. 

The late Mohbad, aged 27, tragically passed away last Tuesday. 

Mohbad had previously been signed to Marlian Record, a label owned by Naira Marley, but left the label in February 2022.

This philanthropic gesture from Seyi Tinubu was revealed in a post made by Tinubu’s Special Assistant on Social Media, Olusegun Dada, on Thursday. 

Dada shared a photo of the transaction receipt and expressed gratitude for Seyi Tinubu’s support during this difficult time. 

The post was captioned, “The figurative apple that did not fall far from the tree #RIPIMOLE. Thank you ST.”

Meanwhile, Nigerians drag Peter obi after he recently sent his condolences to the parents of Mohbad.

Many people expected a quicker response when Mohbad passed away on September 12, but Peter Obi sent his condolences a week later.

Some people claim that Peter Obi often engages in such gestures as a means to win the trust of the masses, accusing him of insincerity.
