A man while renovating his kitchen unexpectedly dug up an old water well buried 17 feet below, and incorporated it into his home.
The well had been there the whole time under the kitchen floor in his Centuries-old home in Cheshire, Uk.
Many TikTok viewers have been captured by this discovery as millions of views have been recorded by the video posted by @MortyLad, the house owner.

@MortyLad, is a 38 year old retired plumber and was digging the floor in his kitchen when he saw a strange gravelly mixture surrounded by a ring of bricks.
The house had been built in the 1700s, and the building later extended onto what had previously been a courtyard to accommodate a larger kitchen.
He began the exciting journey of recording the excavation process of the historic well and carried along his viewers every step of the way.

Not long ago, he shocked everyone by deciding to incorporate the well into his new kitchen floor plan as a “walk-on” feature because he wants to keep the house ‘history’.
During the excavation, @MortyLad’s used a pully system to go down into the well, to see what was at the bottom.
The retired plumber said he is experienced enough to pull through with such a unique and high-stakes renovation.
He plans on fitting a circular pane of glass strong enough to walk on over the well, with spotlights underneath so it can be viewed in all of its glory
In course of digging, many items that had been buried for decades, including brandy bottles, a chamber pot, and old window pane were found in the well.
Also, they came across some liquid which was found at the bottom of the well, concern that it may be deadly gas, a detector was used to confirm it was just harmless air bubbles.

Meanwhile, a brilliant Nigerian man showed people how he changed his room to a beautiful one using old newspapers.
Before he started redesigning the room, he showed that the apartment had a cracked wall. He said he spent N3,500 on the whole decor.
After getting newspapers for free, he used close to 8 hours to paste each spread on the wall. When he was done, the outlook of the room was amazing.
