Saro in ‘Anikulapo’ Reveals Past Encounter with Gay Influencer

Nigerian actor Kunle Remi has opened up on how an influential gay entertainer wanted to sleep with him at the initial stage of his acting career.

He said the influential entertainer said he would be able to connect him to riches and fame if only he is willing to bend over.

The ‘Anikulapo’ lead actor said he had also thought that it is impossible to be influential if one did not go that path after the gays advice.

But then he did not succumb to the influencer, thereafter, he had worked hard to be one of the popular and successful actors in Nigeria.

Before I got into the industry, a friend in U.I then when I was in U.I said there is one of his friends who is an entertainer, he can guide you into the entertainment industry.

When I got there this nigga started calling out names and started talking. He said why did you think you weren’t selected for the ultimate search, it’s because you haven’t paid your dues.

He painted this picture like if I didn’t bend my ass I wouldn’t make it”.

While speaking to Nedu who hosts the “Honest Bunch”, a TV Show, Kunle Remi further painted the incident, adding that he did not agree to the ploy.

This guy came downstairs with a candle and a jar of oil because he said I am a virgin. I need to use the lubricant so it can be slippery.

He said from there he will connect me and I will be driving a Benz,” he added.

I am into Women and I Love Them – Kunle Remi

Kunle Remi also took the opportunity to announce to the public that he is heterosexual and that he loves women a lot.

I have nothing against gays provided they respect the fact that I’m into women and into women alone. Don’t force your opinions on me, as I shall not force mine on you. Jesus loves all men, but what we do with the love is up to us. I love women and that’s till eternity.

I had to put up my sexual orientation on Facebook because of the attention from them (gays). I have been subtly denied a role because I didn’t swing that way. But so far, everybody is respecting his own lane,” he said.
