Following the report that Osun State Governorship Election Tribunal court in Osun State has sacked the Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke and installed his rival, Adegboyega Oyetola, many people have reacted differently.
The court, in a judgment, stated that Adeleke did not score the major lawful vote cast at the election and cannot be declared the winner.
INEC was directed to withdraw the certificate of return from Governor Adeleke and hand it to Oyetola as the rightful winner of the election.

Ayemo Jubar wrote: “Something is seriously wrong with our Judicial System under APC. Imagine a Tribunal court in Nigeria writing “go lo lo lo” and “Buga won” in its verdict against Adeleke in favour of Oyetola. This is ridiculous.”
Joe Olonade wrote: “Despite the widespread jubilation that greeted Adeleke’s victory at the polls, the court has declared Oyetola winner. Let this remind you that it’s not enough to vote or get PVCs. Nigerians, pray as you vote. The Arm of flesh will fail. Pray o, e get why!“
Victor Isreal said: “With what we are seeing going on between the court, Osun state, INEC, Oyetola and Governor Adeleke, I just came to tell us that APC is just rehearsing what they will do in February 2023. Open your eyes. Nigerians wake up and fight back.“
Comrade Hauwa said: “INEC, INEC, INEC, How many times did I call you? Few days to elections and you want people to lose faith in Bvas and think it can malfunction after we have believed in it. Learn to do better ooo… I see no reason for Oyetola to struggle if he performed well in 1st term.”
