Oluyemi Lawrence Adeyemi, also known as Suara, a respected veteran actor in Nollywood, has passed away.
According to a statement issued by his son, Adedotun Adeyemi, Suara departed on Sunday, September 24, 2023. The statement reads:
“With a heavy heart and full acceptance of God’s will, we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle, Oluyemi Lawrence Adeyemi (Suara), who peacefully departed on Sunday, September 24, 2023.
“While his loss saddens us, we find solace in knowing that he is now at rest. We kindly request privacy for the family during this period of mourning. Further details regarding his burial will be shared in due course.”

How he started his career
Adeyemi gained fame for his role in the popular 2001 Wale Adenuga television series, ‘Super Story.’
He was mainly known for his role in Super story series – Oh Father! oh Daughter where he acted alongside Bukky Wright and Toyin Tomato.
