Police arrest husband and wife who allegedly seized and starved a 5months old baby over teenage mother’s inability to pay back hospital bills she helped her cleared.
The mother said they returned her child half dead and shared the before pictures and recent pictures of her 5-months old son. The baby died yesterday.
