Indian chef Lata Tondon, the former Guinness record holder for the highest cooking time, has requested Nigerians to remain calm and wait for the official announcement from Guinness regarding Hilda Baci breaking the record.
In her recent post, she emphasized that this is not a competition but merely a record and called for peace.
Lata Tondon clarified that she supports Hilda Baci and holds no ill feelings towards her.

Guinness World Records has not confirmed the new record
According to recent reports from Guinness World Records, they are still reviewing the attempt nothing has been declared yet.
A Guinness World Records spokesperson said: “We are aware of the record attempt and are looking forward to receiving the evidence for our Records Management Team to review before we can confirm the record is official.”
