Anucha Wisdom, a lecturer at the Faculty of Education, Abia State University was overly joyous when he discovered that his student was once his teacher in nursery school.
Wisdom took to his Facebook page to narrate how he discovered that his students was his former teacher.
“Earlier this week, I reconnected with Aunty Ijeoma who was my nursery 3 teacher at St. Joseph’s Development Nursey and Primary School Umuchici in Aba. Fortunately, she has been a student in my department and I did not know until they came to take my course, “Wisdom is that you?” She shouted at me,” the lecturer wrote.
“Aunty I. J, it is your boy. I responded, as we threw ourselves at each other. The entire class almost went agog. She was single then when she taught us,” she added.
Wisdom lighheartedly checked Aunty Ijeoma’s bag if the cane she had always used to correct their mistakes was there but he could not find it.
“Quickly, I peeped into her bag to check if I could still see that her cane that she would always use to design our back. Unfortunately, it was not there,” he said.
Ijeoma, the former primary school teacher, also recalled the lecturer’s tiny voice which she said was unforgettable.
“While you spoke, I still heard that your little noisy voice in class those days in school. Wizzy boy,” she said.
