In a video, @festussamuel068 shared the story of a woman who once bought a land for 1.5m but has now added in value as at the time she is selling it.

The woman said she got the piece of land when it was farmland, and she had to clear it herself.

She further added that she has the receipt of payment for the land as evidence of her statement.

She revealed that the land as at when she bought 15 years ago was valued at N1.5 million, but now the land is 90 million .

In a thread on Twitter, a man with the username folastag, openly spoke about the strange things he experienced while staying with his landlord.

The events were said to occur between August 2022 and January 2023. He described it as one of the worst experiences of his life.
