When a Nigerian guy announced that his girlfriend had previously been married to a gay man, it caught the attention of online users.
The man presented the circumstance to well-known Nigerian Twitter user @jon_d_doe in order to get advice on what to do.
The man said that after learning the woman was previously married, his future spouse wanted to talk to him about something.
As the conversation continued, she revealed that she had gotten a divorce after learning she had been married to a gay man at the age of 20.
She said that the bridal payment was returned and the marriage procedures were reversed.

Since she is now 29 years old, she questioned his desire to wed a divorcee.
The man asked John Doe for guidance and opened the question to his followers, who enthusiastically answered.
@simply_omah said: “Well things like this do happen of course.
You just have to verify her story and vet her background well. If you see what you like, you can go on.”
@OfficialDadyA2 advised: “Don’t let her use emotions on you. Try and know the husband first, go into details of it before you make any decision. That does not mean is a bad. Stay focus.”

Meanwhile, a Nigerian lady shared on the social space how her heart was broken by a man she has been dating for 2 months.
Taking to Facebook, the young woman identified as Precious Nwanganga recounted how she found out her boyfriend was already married.
According to her, she and her boyfriend had been dating for a little over two months and she had assumed he was her forever.
