A Nigerian hairstylist uses fire to smoothen out a client’s braids despite the client’s reactions.
The video of a hairstylist using fire to smoothen a client’s braided hairstyle has gone viral on social media and gotten many mixed reactions from netizens.
In the video, the hairstylist appeared to have finished a very neat ‘shuku’ ghana braided hairstyle on the client’s hair.

The outline of each weave could be seen clearly as it was neat and professionally done.
In order to give the hair a nice finishing, the hair stylist decided to resort to an unconventional method.
While some braiders use scissors to trim off spiky extensions, and hot water to lessen the strain, this braider identified as @thacher1 opted for another method.
She chose to use the fire method to burn excess extensions off the smooth weaves to make it look neater.
“Choose a different braider!”
She did this to the discomfort of the client, as the client could be seen struggling to move away from the fire.
This unconventional method did not sit well with many netizens and they took to the comments to express their displeasure.

Meanwhile, a young Nigerian girl dressed in her school uniform was seen braiding someone’s hair, effortlessly.
In a video which has caught the attention of netizens and received over fourty thousand views since its upload, a little girl was seen doing something spectacular.
Still dressed in her uniform, she was seen holding the strands of the hair extension she was to braid, with boldness and skill.
